The company currently has 20,000 square meters of main production facilities and 5,000 square meters of auxiliary buildings. It is equipped with 100,000 domestic first-class textile spindles and 16 Murata vortex spinning machines. The main equipment includes: Truetzschler blow room lines and Qingdao Hongda blow room lines, Rieter and Truetzschler draw frames, Huanlu roving frames, Jingwei and Better ring spinning frames, Savio automatic winders from Italy, and Murata 870EX vortex spinning machines. The company also possesses a full range of high-tech testing instruments to ensure strict quality control before the yarn leaves the factory, further improving product quality.
